It closed in 1975 and became the Times Square Motel for a very short time,
before the Barbary Coast was built there (now Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon)
A lot of these small Motels would spring up along the Strip, especially in
the 1950's, 60's and 70's, until the mega resorts eventually took over.
Most did not have a casino, and most of them would only be around for a short time.
